Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Our goal is to deliver as promptly as possible depending on where our customer is located. Once the transaction has been completed, the merchandise purchased will be shipped out as follows:

- Montreal: Next business day

- Quebec: 3-5 business days

- Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days

- Montreal-Area Pickup: We are happy to offer pickup services. Please contact us at: 514-819-0505 to schedule pickup. Pickup hours are generally 9am-7pm Monday-Friday.

We deliver at the customer’s place of residence, place of work, at an affiliated garage or customer’s neighborhood services store. All merchandise is typically shipped between 8h:00 and 17h:00 Monday to Friday

Once a purchase is confirmed, BTI-Tires will contact the customer on the day preceding the shipment to confirm transaction specifications and delivery information.

Delivery Cautions

It is practically difficult to confirm a precise hour or delivery exception. The Customer is responsible to make sure someone is available at the confirmed delivery day.

BTI-Tires cannot be held responsible for theft, lost, or any damage to the merchandise between the time when the tires are delivered and the time the customer actually takes possession of the merchandise.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the state of the merchandise received and to make sure that it corresponds with the customer’s order. In the case of an error made by BTI-Tires, it will be corrected by shipping the right merchandise back to the customer and returning the wrong items. BTI-Tires will not take responsibilities for mistakes made by the customer, such as but not limited to: a mistake in size, wrong addresses, refusal of delivery, absence at the time of delivery. In an event of these circumstances, BTI-Tires may have to charge additional fees.
